Astoro-Art is a creative concept of a mixture of arts, psychology and philosophy created by the Astoro Ensemble - Zoia Sorel and Terezia Vargova. The main idea of the ensemble (formerly known as Solter Plus) is to perform in different formations, to bring the music to its audience in various instrument combinations, such as a string duo, piano trio or trio with mixed instrument groups, string quartet, quintet etc. Astoro Ensemble takes regularly part in international festivals, concerts and other musical and educational projects all over Europe.
With time the idea of the ensemble evolved into uniting several arts, psychology and philosophy, changing the concept of the traditional concerts, exhibitions and any other art performances, providing a new experience to the audience.
In addition to performing, Astoro is currently working on several projects, including the publication of its own pedagogical and methodical books, as well as recording CDs.
